You are invited to dine with Danielle at her classic French Brasserie in the Berkley Highlands where she & her staff serve traditional French classics you might find in any Parisian Brasserie (see the evening's menu below)

Salade du Marché ~ Mixed baby greens, baby tomatoes and cucumbers in a herb vinaigrette
Entrée Choices
Coq au Vin ~ Red wine braised chicken, with potatoes, bacon, pearl onions, baby carrots and natural jus
Boeuf Bourguignon ~ Traditional French stew of beef braised in red wine with carrots, pearl onions and mushrooms served over roasted potatoes
Sole Meunieres ~ Pan-roasted sole with new potatoes and garlic spinach in a lemon butter caper sauce
Roasted Ratatouille Lasagna with roasted potatoes

Profiteroles with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce
