First Friday - Art Reception

Monotypes by Katharine McGuinness

These large, bright and beautiful monotypes are images created by the artist onto a printing plate free hand using lithography ink. This process results in evocative abstracts that are rich and luminescent with color. Katharine is a local artist who is a member artist of the Santa Fe Arts District's SPARK Gallery. She maintains a studio in Denver's Golden Triangle neighborhood.
