Every 1st Friday of month The Alliance Française participates in Santa Fe's Art Walk, exhibiting art from local artists with French influence. We welcome a loyal Alliance Française student, supporter, and volunteer, Tom McClure.

Tom McClure's interest in photography started with the purchase of his first 35mm Minolta Rangefinder. The relationship between photography and travel has been a strong influence, as he is challenged to create an image that focuses the viewer's attention on an unobserved detail, that stimulates within them a forgotten memory, or that draws then into the beauty of pattern and symmetry. His current exhibit "Symbols, Paths and Perspectives" drawns on these ideas.
