Philippe Marsé, Executive Director

Philippe arrived in Denver in October of 2011. He was most recently the Director of the Alliance Française d'Adelaïde in South Australia, and before that he worked in the South of France managing an important Language Center. Philippe loves sports, especially sailing and skiing.

Jennifer Conder, Office Manager

Jennifer has been with the Alliance Française since May 2006. She is a native of Colorado, born and raised in Littleton, and schooled in English Literature and French at Colorado College. She spent three years after college in Québec, Canada, studying, working and trying to improve her French. Upon return to the States she worked in independent bookselling for many years before becoming the office manager at the Alliance Française.

Emily Kyle, Marketing and Development Manager

Emily is a Colorado native and she grew up in Lakewood.  Currently, Emily and her husband Todd live in Commerce City with their 1-year old daughter Ava. She graduated from Drake University with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication & Journalism.  She attended Drake on a softball scholarship.   Emily’s 15 year career in Marketing and Promotions has been at some of Denver’s biggest radio stations; KOSI 101, KOOL 105, 105.5 JACK FM and KEZW AM.  She was the Executive Director at March of Dimes for 2 years. Emily is taking classes at Alliance Française to learn to speak French.  She is excited to be a part of the Alliance Française family.

Devon Gan, Receptionist

Although not a true “native,” Devon is proud to call Colorado home. Devon graduated from Arizona State University with a B.A. in Political Science and minors in French and Mandarin Chinese. As a student, she had the opportunity to spend two years abroad, one year in Beijing, and the other in Lille, France—where she was made to feel very “bienvenue chez les Ch’tis”. In her free time, Devon enjoys reading, hiking, dancing, and learning about languages and cultures. She is especially fond of trying foods from around the world. Devon loves the enthusiasm of all the francophones and francophiles at the Alliance Française, and is delighted to be a part of the team.
