Beginner Conversation A1+/A2
This course is designed to encourage A1.3 to A2.4 level students to converse. If you would like to significantly advance your speaking skills or feel you are lacking confidence in oral expression, this is the class for you. Different topics and authentic documents will be chosen by the instructor each week. Fun activities will be planned including role playing, presentations, discussions, games, etc. There will be a focus on pronunciation and grammar.
No textbook is needed for this class.

This course is designed to encourage intermediate level students to converse. Each week, the instructor will choose a different theme and present authentic reading and listening materials to assist in generating discussion. Fun activities will be planned including role playing, presentations, discussions, games, designed to improve your grammar, vocabulary and overall fluency. Grammar mini-lessons may be added to assist students in their language.

This conversation course is designed for intermediate to advanced learners (B1 to C2). Each week, students engage in dynamic discussions on a variety of topics related to current events, culture, science, and economics. Themes are selected by the instructor and drawn from authentic French sources such as newspaper and magazine articles, podcasts, literary excerpts, and film clips. The course encourages open exchange of ideas in a supportive environment, with targeted attention to pronunciation and grammar as needed to enhance clarity and fluency.

This in-person class is designed for students at the B2 Upper Intermediate level or higher or for students who have taken more than 650 hours of French. In this class, students will participate in enticing conversations about current events and culture pertaining to the French-speaking world (France, Belgium, West Africa, etc.). Based on news videos and podcasts, they will engage in class discussions and defend their opinions. Additionally, they will learn new idiomatic expressions, proverbs, as well as a plethora of linguistic subtleties.
