AFD is now offering Ev@Lang placement tests!
Ev@Lang is a placement test designed by France Education International, the agency which administers DELF/DALF and TCF exams. While this
test does not provide a certification it is helpful in determining what level a student currently performs at in
listening comprehension, reading comprehension, and grammar.

How to take Ev@lang with AFD?
- In our SmartRec store below, click "Merchandise"
- Add "Placement test" to your cart and pay
- You will receive a code with instructions within 2 business hours. The code will not expire.
- After completing your test, you will get a report with your level, you can use this to guide your course sign up.
Do I need a speaking assessment?
Ev@lang is a very reliable test, so for many students, a speaking assessment is not necessary. If you score between A2- and B1+, a speaking assessment may be a helpful addition, and you can schedule one by calling our office at (720) 568-9976
What is the cost?
The placement test is $20. If you register for a class within 30 days of your placement test purchase, that $20 will be credited to your registration fee.
