Chilled Red Wine
Les rouges qu’on refroidit.
When the temperature rises, so does the debate: should red wine be chilled? Absolument! Join Greta Arendsen, Certified Sommelier, for a
globe-trotting tasting dedicated to the juicy, vibrant, refreshingly cool side of red wine.
These are the wines of Paris wine bars, seaside dinners, rooftop hangs, and late August evenings. Bright acid, low tannin, energetic fruit,
and serious glou glou energy await.
Come discover why sometimes the best summer red is… slightly cold.
