Jeffrey Richards
Before a career in the law and as honorary consul of France, Jeffrey Richards was a history scholar and held a researcher’s card at the Bibliothèque National de France a Paris. He has taught Political Science at the Metropolitan State University of Denver and given previous talks at the Alliance Francaise de Denver.
