Sauvignon Blanc
Attachez vos ceintures, on part pour un tour du monde !
Get ready to taste a world tour of Sauvignon Blanc, exploring how one grape expresses itself across continents and cultures. From the flinty, mineral driven wines of France’s Loire Valley to the vibrant, fruit-forward styles of New Zealand, Chile, and California, this class reveals how climate, soil, and winemaking shape what’s in your glass.
Join Greta Arendsen, Certified Sommelier, and Devin Lemma, Certified Cheese Professional, for a guided tasting of one of the world’s most expressive white grapes.
We’ll begin in the Old World, France and Italy, then travel to the New World to experience Sauvignon Blanc’s bold, aromatic range.
Enjoy a curated lineup of wines paired with cheeses, with expert insights from both wine and cheese perspectives. Come taste,
learn, and travel the world through Sauvignon Blanc.
