Bordeaux Wine Tasting

Lafite, Latour, Margaux, Haut-Brion: Ce sont les châteaux qui font rêver. While Bordeaux is known for its prestigious producers that are as elusive as they are expensive, the goal of our next wine tasting is to discover affordable and modern examples from the region.  

On Thursday, February 1st, join Certified Sommelier, Greta Arendsen, and Certified Cheese Professional, Devin Lamma, for the sixth class in the wine education series focusing on Bordeaux.  We will discuss the history, cru classifications, wine making and grape varieties along with the region's importance in the wine trade.  Rive gauche ou rive droite, no matter which side of the Gironde you prefer, this tasting is for you!
