Rafael Monge
Analyste en politiques publiques, Laboratoire national des énergies renouvelables (NREL)
Rafael Monge is an economist with a degree from the University of Costa Rica and a master’s in public administration from the Harvard Kennedy School. He currently works as a Policy Analyst at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) in the United States, where he supports domestic and international projects that use the Sienna platform to optimize energy planning and enable data-driven decision-making. Previously, he served as Director of the National Geoenvironmental Information Center (CENIGA) at Costa Rica’s Ministry of Environment and Energy (MINAE).
