Soirée Couscous
Join us for a festive and convivial Soirée Couscous as part of our celebration of the Month of Francophonie, centered around one of the
most iconic and shared dishes of the Francophone world. Couscous is more than a meal, it is a symbol of hospitality, tradition, and
togetherness, enjoyed across North and West Africa and far beyond. For this special evening, we are delighted to partner with Couscous
Hice,
who will be serving an authentic Moroccan couscous prepared with care and respect for tradition.
Guests will be able to choose from three flavorful options, chicken, beef, or vegetarian, each showcasing the rich spices, slow-cooked vegetables, and comforting warmth that make couscous a beloved dish across generations.
This evening is an invitation to gather around the table, celebrate cultural diversity, and experience the spirit of Francophonie through food, conversation, and shared traditions.
Price: 10$ for members, $20 for non-members.
