Meet your Coordinators

Rebecca Boyd

Rebecca has been the Director of the Alliance Française de Denver since 2022. She spent more than nine years living in France in the Rhône, Provence, and Loire regions, where she worked in higher education and coordinated cultural tours for Americans. Through these experiences, she developed a deep love of French culture and language, along with a strong commitment to helping others navigate and appreciate them. A dual citizen, Rebecca is dedicated to making French culture accessible and inspiring to all who are curious about France. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys traveling, learning new languages, film, and all things related to health and fitness.

Alexis Tréton

Born and raised in the Parisian suburbs, Alexis is the owner of La Bouche Wine Bar, Denver’s only French & American wine bar. After more than 40 years in France, he crossed the Atlantic with his family, bringing with him over a decade of experience as a project manager in major French companies and a deep commitment to hospitality and customer care. A devoted wine lover, Alexis has explored all the great French wine regions—from Champagne to the Loire Valley, with a special place in his heart for Sancerre—and draws constant inspiration from authentic products and passionate artisans. La Bouche reflects this journey: a convivial space centered on drinking, eating, chatting, and sharing stories, blending French and Coloradoan cultures, no TV required. Now based in Colorado, Alexis happily balances his love of wine and food with snowboarding, basketball, and cheering on the Nuggets.

Terms & Policies Agreement

Please review and agree to the following terms before proceeding with your booking.

Cancellation Policy

Neither the Alliance Française de Denver nor La Bouche Wine Bar are able to offer refunds for any reason. Refunds will not be made unless the trip does not fill up. If the trip does not fill up, then you will be reimbursed 90% for your trip minus administration fees (10%) up until April 14, 2026. Therefore, we recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect their investment. The Alliance Française de Denver is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from trip cancellations, changes, or interruptions initiated by participants, nor for losses caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond the Alliance Française de Denver’s control.

Health & Safety

Travelers must be in good health and physically able to participate in scheduled activities, including walking as required. Participants are encouraged to be aware of and respect their personal limits. While participation in all activities is optional, no refunds or price adjustments will be provided for activities not attended.

A deposit is required to secure your spot. The price shown reflects the standard package as-is; changes or upgrades may incur additional costs.

Payment by check
A $50 discount will be applied to the total cost only when all payments, including the deposit, are made by check. If you are mailing a check, please notify Rebecca at r.boyd@afdenver.org.
