Book Club Intermediate B1+
Join us for our first Intermediate Book Club at the Alliance Francaise de Denver. This book club is designed for those who are looking to
deepen their language skills while reading and discussing French Books. We invite all B1+ level members of the Alliance Francaise de
Denver
and interested in participating in discussions about French literature to join our intermediate level French Book Club! Whether you are a
seasoned reader or new to French books, your insights are valuable to our conversations. Our upcoming meetings will focus on a selection of
authors and books that will be easy to read yet will provoke engaging discussions. THIS IS NOT A FRENCH CLASS.
Objectives:
- Promote Language Skills: Encourage members to improve their French reading, speaking, and comprehension skills (*this is not a CLASS)
- Explore diverse Francophone authors
- Promote French discussion & cultural exchange: Create a welcoming environment for open discussions about characters and cultural context of the selected books
- Build a community of Francophile readers within the Alliance Française of Denver community
Note: If you are a fluent French reader, you might consider the French Book Club for Fluent readers.
Free for AFD Members
$10 for non-members
Please only RSVP if you plan to read the book!
Selected Book:
