Kick off the season of light with an elegant night of true Champagne! At our most festive tasting of the year, we’ll explore the history and winemaking of the Méthode Traditionnelle, the terroir of Champagne, and the grape varieties allowed — all through six distinct cuvées from Champagne Palmer (Reims). Certified Sommelier Greta Arendsen and Certified Cheese Professional Devin Lamma will guide you through a focused pairing of Champagne & cheese on December 18th at 6:30PM at the Alliance Française (Galapagos location).Seats are very limited — reserve now.

Greta Arendsen is a certified sommelier and wine specialist with a Master’s in French and 15 years of experience in the wine industry. She
loves sharing her passion for French wine, language and culture in an approachable and engaging way. In her free time, she likes
to plan adventures with her daughter, bake, sew and watch independent films.
Devin Lamma
Certified Cheese Professional
Devin Lamma has been refining his cheese knowledge for over two decades. He has shared his stories, enthusiasm, and passion for this product with Alliance Française of Denver since 2012. As an avid traveler, he has studied in Italy, France, Spain, and South Africa. Devin enjoys teaching, public speaking, cooking, reading, and baseball.
