Beaujolais Crus
Auparavant, si vous avez dit « non » à Beaujolais Nouveau, c’est le moment de dire « oui » aux Beaujolais Crus !
Contrary to popular belief, Beaujolais is so much more than the tart, young wine released each November. We will take a close look at six of the ten Beaujolais Crus and their unique personalities. Learn about Gamay, Pinot Noir’s spirited sister, discover the secrets of carbonic maceration, and trace the origins of the natural wine movement.
Come join Certified Sommelier Greta Arendsen for a nuanced tasting of six Beaujolais wines, with an artful cheese pairing by Certified Cheese Professional Devin Lamma. Class is Thursday, November 6th—just in time to inspire your Thanksgiving table and celebrate Beaujolais Nouveau season.
Non-members: $75
Members: $65
