Discover this magnificent vineyard dating back to the Middle Ages. The first monks started to grow grapes about 800 years ago. Today, the vineyard of Fosse-Sèche is a place where wildlife is a priority: birds, animals, insects, and bats have found and allowed the reconstruction of an ecosystem. Passionate twin brothers and their wives work together to produce excellent wine in an organic farm. They will take you on a tour of the organic farm and show you the process of making wine in this beautiful region of France.
